Easy Return Process for Store Credit
- Time Frame for Returns: If you find that your purchase isn't quite right, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.
- Store Credit: We believe in the value of our products, and we want you to find the perfect fit for your style. That's why we offer returns for store credit, allowing you the flexibility to choose something else from our collection that you'll absolutely love.
- How to Initiate a Return: Simply reach out to our friendly customer service team within the 5-day period. We will guide you through the quick and easy return process.
- Final Sale Items: Please note, all items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return Shipping: For returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Items must be packaged securely in new, unused,and original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We are not responsible for damage that may occur by shipping service.
- Refund Policy for Damaged Merchandise: We take great care in packaging your order;however, if your item arrives damaged, please follow the 5 steps below so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
- #1. Notification Window: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- #2. Required Documentation: To process a damage claim, we must receive the following from you: clear photos of the damaged item(s). photos of all original packaging materials including: outer shipping box, inner packaging, packaging materials(bubble wrap, paper,etc.), shipping label. These items are required for carrier claims and must be provided in a timely manner before we proceed.
- #3 Carrier Requirements: Some shipping carriers (i.e. usps) require that all packaging materials and damaged item(s) be brought to your nearest carrier facility for inspection. No refund or replacement can be issued until carrier completes their inspection and approves the claim.
- #4 Refund/Replacement Approval: Once all required documentation is submitted and the carrier approves the damage claim, we will either offer a refund or replacement depending on availability.
- #5 Incomplete Documentation:If photos and packaging materials are not provided and if carrier inspection requirements are not met WE CAN NOT ISSUE A REFUND,REPLACEMENT,OR CREDIT.
