Print Story:
Is there any more hopeful flower than a cherry blossom? That first sighting each spring is an emotional uplift I look forward to all winter. Last February, driving along a country road lined with blooming cherry trees in California, I decided to create a print that might make customers feel the same way when they wore it.

This is one of my seasonal prints, offered beginning in late February before going away as the days warm up. All my prints are drawn by hand, giving a natural softness to the lines and colors. One design note: I chose a chocolate scalloped trim rather than the obvious pink or red — I think it's more sophisticated, and it softens the pink and red in the blossoms.
